「108回」は除夜の鐘でおなじみで、煩悩の数を表しています。 除夜の鐘は、鐘の音に集中して煩悩から解放されるという意味でつかれるそうです。
「動く瞑想」と言われる太陽礼拝を108回行うことで、プラーナ（生命エネルギー）を高めて、煩悩を浄化していきましょう！
108 Sun Salutations, is the practice of the Sun Salutation sequence 108 times consecutively.
108 is a sacred and ancient number in yoga, ayurveda and astronomy, and we usually practice the 108 Sun Salutations at the changing of the seasons, or at the end of the year to release, renew and refresh!

今年の太陽礼拝108回へご参加頂けるのは、スタジオを現在ご利用頂いている生徒様、過去ご利用頂いたことのある方、又は私たちの知人の方のみへと限定させて頂きます
This year we are limiting our 108 Sun Salutations to VANCOUVER SKY STUDIO students only, or people we already know.

大阪の中之島公園の芝生の上にて行います！
暖かい服を着て、外の新鮮な空気の中で、美しい太陽の下で私たちと一緒に一年の締めくくりをお祝いしましょう！
We will be outside on the grass in NAKANOSHIMA PARK, in Osaka!
Put on some warm clothes, and come celebrate with us outside in the fresh air, under the beautiful sun!
It’s a perfect way to end the year!
大阪の中之島公園の芝生の上にて行います！

今年度は寒さを懸念し、公園から淀屋橋スタジオ内に、場所を変更します！
限定20名様までとなりますのでお早めにご予約ください！

We will have a limit of 20 people, so please book soon and don’t miss out!

しかし、太陽礼拝の間は、間違いなく暖かくなりますので、
ヨガマットはご持参ください。

You will need to bring your own yoga mat
If you don’t have a mat, we can bring one for you, so please let us know
Also bring a warm drink if you’d like, or anything else to make you comfortable!
