場所：岡山県白石島
ヨガ講師：YU

費用：14,500円（税込）
（宿泊代、ヨガ、ハイキング、BBQ、朝食代が含まれます）
※白石島までの交通費は別途必要となります。

7月21日（土）午前10時に笠岡駅で合流。
KASAOKA STATION
その後一緒にフェリーで白石島へ移動します。
笠岡駅まで電車を乗り継ぐか、車で来て頂いても大丈夫です。
お車の方はフェリー乗り場に駐車するか、白石島までフェリーに乗って行く事も可能です。
電車をご利用の方…
7月21日（土）8:00 新大阪から新幹線と電車を乗り継ぎ笠岡駅に10時前に到着します。
お車をご利用の方…
午前10時までに笠岡駅に到着できるようにお越しください。
白石島までは笠岡からフェリーで45分です。

We’ll do Sunset Yoga & Meditation, and Morning Flow Yoga on the beach, go hiking in the mountains, swim in the clean ocean water, enjoy a delicious beach BBQ and more!

The ferry to Shiraishi Island leaves From KASAOKA Ferry Terminal
You can choose how to go to Kasaoka!
You can drive or take the train
We’ll meet at Kasaoka station at 10am on Saturday July 21st
KASAOKA STATION
If you want to come with us, we’ll be taking the Shinkansen from Shin Osaka station at 8am on Saturday July 21st
If you want to drive, please arrange that yourself, and meet us at Kasaoka station at 10am
Shiraishi Island is a 45 minute ferry ride from Kasaoka
